Andersen Named Interim CFO Of Phoenix Technologies

March 9, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Software firm Phoenix Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PTEC) has appointed Robert Andersen as its interim chief financial officer, effective March 5. Andersen replaces Richard Arnold, who has resigned from Phoenix.

Andersen joined the company in 2008 as VP of finance responsible for controllership, financial planning, external reporting, and tax. Prior to joining Phoenix, he spent six years in senior financial roles at Wind River Systems, an embedded systems software company.

He began his finance career at Hewlett-Packard, where he served in various controller, treasury, and technology finance management roles.
